About Me

Hi, I'm Simone Guidi, a computer enthusiast since childhood. I started studying it in high school. In my third year, thanks to my first small work experience in this field, I realised it would be my path. I started to do some self-taught projects, studying back end and front end languages. Today I work at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, where I am a junior solution developer.

Thanks to the experience I have had so far, I can add these skills to my CV. Java, a language learnt during my school years, thanks to which I have realised my project for my high school exam, in the company I am perfecting my skills. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript, these development skills I learned in my first internship in the company during my third year of school and I have continued learning on my own, as I am passionate about these technologies. Scala and Spark, since joining Engineering, as well as Java, I am learning the use of these two technologies for Big Data management and processing.

With this project I learned the basics of using CMS, in this case Wordpress. I made this project during my school years to practice. The site is one page and is scrolled via the navbar, just like this site, plus sections are added on additional pages.
